Focus Yourself and Find the Beautiful Women in You
Women are strong and are known to take good care of the people they love. However, they sometimes forget to give time for themselves especially mothers whether they are full time or also work during the day.
You, a woman, must learn to focus yourself and find the beautiful women in you. What does that mean?
It simply says that you must find the time to take care of yourself just like how you give attention to the people around you.
You’re already a great person right now, but if you also give much needed attention to yourself, you’ll become even greater and more beautiful.
Why would you become more beautiful if you focused on yourself too? Love yourself first before you love others.
When you love yourself and give yourself what you need, you will be able to provide the love that others need as well.
Why? Simple. Everyone has typically the same needs. What you need in order to feel loved is also likely the same for others with a little bit of quirks depending on their personality.
Aside from being able to give the right love to others, other people will also be able to love you back.
How do you love and focus yourself and find the beautiful women in you? There are basically two things that will help you achieve love for yourself.
Forgive yourself. As we go about our lives, we cannot help but make mistakes, some big and others small. Aside from learning from these uneventful experiences, another important thing that you should do is to forgive yourself.
This is often one thing that we forget to do. Sure, we learned something, but deep inside, we might still harbor some guilt and we might even still be blaming ourselves for our mistakes.
You must understand that it was a mistake and it was not something that you had wanted to happen. Learn from it and make sure you don’t do it again.
Instead of harboring guilt feelings, turn your thoughts to the positive side. Say out loud, “I forgive myself for (insert mistake here).”
Then, take actions to never repeat the mistake again. For example, if you were mean to a particular person, put a note on your mirror or on your phone saying “be nice”.
Remember to write notes in a positive manner and don’t write it in a way that will remind you about the wrong that you did.
Pamper yourself. After a long day at work, treat yourself to something nice. Focus on the simple things that can help you regain your energy and motivation to wake up and keep on doing excellent work.
Dedicate at least an hour to yourself on a daily basis. You can do this after or before work. Another option is to split it into 30 minutes each.
The first one is before you start the day to help motivate you and the second half is after work to help you regain your energy. Examples of what you can do are write a journal, take a nice hot bath, watch your favorite series, read a book, talk to a friend, or get a massage.
