Question: Do you ship all over the world?

Answer:   We  Ship to USA, Europe, Australia and the Far East 100% free by registered airmail post office. 

Question: What are the shipping charge method?

Answer:   Shipping to USA, Europe, Australia and the Far East is 100% free, unless otherwise stipulated or an express delivery is requested. We handle the order and generally dispatch it within 3 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery is via airmail, by drop-off without signature, within up to 14 business days. If you prefer an express delivery with signature and 3-7 business days shipping, please contact us by email. Express delivery involves an additional charge. 

Question: How do I return a defective product?

Answer:   You can return the defective product by sending us an e-mail within 30 days of its receipt, dependent upon the return of the product to the company in its original packaging intact and under the condition it is entirety without damage or any flaw excluding minimal use to discover the defect. You will be refunded the full amount of shipping costs.
